Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey

Apple Cider Vinegar has antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which help to balance the pH level vagina and stops the growth of yeast.

Take two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and dilute with a glass of water and wash your vagina with ACV solution. Repeat this process daily twice a day.

You can also add little honey in your ACV solution and drink it twice a day continuously.

Honey also antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties which help to kill the bacteria causing irritation and burning in.

Take the little bit of honey on your finger and slather a layer on the vulvar and vagina. Just let it for thirty minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Daily repeat this remedy twice a day.

Salt and Water Bath

Salt and water bath relax as well as helps to remove itching sensation from the valve. It contributes to killing the microbes that cause vulvar itching and burning.

Take a glass of warm water and add a teaspoon of salt and mix gently. Wash your valve with salt and hot water in case of itchy or burning sensation. It will b better if you do twice a day.

You can also add one teaspoon of salt in your warm bathing water. Sit in squitting position ten to fifteen minutes. Do this solution two to three times a day get the best result.

Take garlic cloves and grind it, extract juice from thee grinned garlic,  take few drops of garlic juice and dilute in vitamin E oil.

You can apply on your vulvar area and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes.

Gently apply coconut oil in a vulvar area many times a day.

You can take six to eight teaspoon of water and mix in three to four teaspoons of coconut oil, take this mixture and rinse in your vulvar area frequently.

You can take few drops of garlic juice, vitamin E, and coconut oil and gently apply in your vulvar region.

You can also consume two to three tablespoons of coconut oil or coconut.

Neem for vulvar itching and burning

Neem is taken as the excellent home remedy for centuries. It has meditational as well as ayurvedic purpose. It also has high antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal properties helps to reduce itching and discomfort. Rosemary leaves prevent the cultivation of bacteria around the skin and use to make the antibacterial solution that provides relief and comfort.

Take the full hand of neem or rosemary leaves and add on two to three cups of water.

Boil the mixture and allow it cool down.

Rinse your valva areas daily with this solution and repeat this process once a day for few weeks.

Tea Tree Oil for vulvar itching and burning

Tea tree Oil is one of the best natural home remedies that fight against the infection and bacteria and reduce pain, itchy and burns in vulvar region. Take four to five drops of tea tr oil and add on one teaspoon of aloe vera gel.

Raw and active yogurt can help in two ways to reduce vulvar itching and burning. First, the soothing effect of yogurt contributes to getting rid of the irritation.

Secondly, fresh and active yogurt contains probiotics that help to promote the growth of healthy bacteria in vulvar region. It is also the best foods to improve and promotee the healthy valvar.

Dip tampon in active and cultured yogurt and insert into the vagina.

Let it there for two hours and remove, rinse with warm water and pat it dries completely.
